Dear Colleagues,

 You are requested to ensure that all complaints are addressed at the departmental level or with the appropriate authority.  The dignity of the institution lies in allowing the remedial measures to be taken at the University level alone.

 You are also reminded to bring any CAS cases where the interviews have not been held/scheduled to the notice of the Vice-Chancellor before 31.10.2011 by 5.00 p.m. so that there is zero pendency.  All other cases lying with the Vice-Chancellor’s Office have been completed.

 It is further advised that any file of any colleague that has not been dealt with by any branch in the Administrative Block may be brought to the notice of Prof. A.K. Bhandari, Registrar.
